1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside in Sampford Peverel but on another Living in the Parish of Uplowman. I have a Curate resident with a Salary of forty pounds a year. I believe he is duly licenc'd.

2. Other benefices: I have another Benefice viz: Uplowman adjoyning.

3. Divine service at other churches: No where.

4. Frequency of divine service: Twice a day with two Sermons.

5. Frequency of communion: Four times a year to about 60 Communicants.

6. Catechising of children: On Sundays in the Afternoon.

7. Church fabric: All in good repair & decent.

8. Glebe terrier: I have one.

9. Number of families: About sixty.

10. Chapels: None.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: One Methodist meeting. A Mr Robert of Tiverton it's Teacher. No Papists.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: None of these particulars.

13. Charity: There are some & for any thing. I know are duly applied.
